Project Manager โ€“ Roofing & Exteriors

R3 Roofing & Exteriors
Starting Salary: $65,000
Benefits: Healthcare included
Performance Review: Annual
Compensation Growth: Based on performance, reliability, ownership, and increased responsibility

Position Overview

R3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an organized, responsive, and highly accountable Project Manager to oversee residential exterior projects during active construction.

This position serves as a key point of contact between homeowners, field personnel, crews, sales, and production. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping active projects moving forward, monitoring quality, addressing concerns, coordinating field activity, and resolving issues before they become larger problems.

This role is focused specifically on active project execution and customer experience, rather than estimating, accounting, or administrative closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple active roofing, siding, gutter, window, and exterior projects simultaneously
  • Monitor project progress, crew activity, delays, material needs, and jobsite concerns
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with homeowners throughout active construction
  • Coordinate with Field Managers, crews, production, sales, and office staff
  • Review CompanyCam photos, checklists, and project documentation for quality and completion
  • Identify workmanship, cleanup, property-protection, or documentation concerns and ensure they are corrected
  • Coordinate site visits, inspections, material needs, repairs, and other field-related tasks
  • Respond quickly to project issues and follow them through resolution
  • Maintain accurate communication and documentation within company systems
  • Escalate concerns appropriately when additional authority or expertise is required
  • Help ensure every homeowner receives a professional, positive experience throughout construction
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organized, responsive, and dependable
  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • Communicates professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Can successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Remains calm and solutions-focused when challenges arise
  • Has strong attention to detail and quality
  • Is comfortable holding others accountable for assigned responsibilities
  • Has strong computer and digital communication skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team

Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, residential construction, or exterior remodeling is strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through are equally important to success in this position.

Systems & Technology

Candidates should be comfortable learning and working with digital project-management and communication platforms, including:

  • JobNimbus
  • CompanyCam
  • Google Chat
  • Google Calendar
  • Email and digital project documentation
Compensation & Growth

This position starts at $65,000 annually and includes healthcare benefits.

Performance is formally reviewed annually, with opportunities for increased compensation and responsibility based on demonstrated performance, reliability, ownership, and continued growth.

R3 Roofing & Exteriors is a growing, family-owned company that values Loyalty, Accountability, and Community. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their role, deliver an excellent customer experience, and grow with our organization.
