The Opportunity
Reporting to theVice President, Customer Operations, the Senior Program Manager is the single accountable owner driving key partner engagements (ISPs, OEMs, BPOs) from initial pursuit through pilot execution to full commercial launch.
This is a high-visibility, proactive leadership role bridging sales, customer operations, product, and client-side executive teams. You will own the client relationship lifecycle, establish joint governance, and ensure commercial commitments are delivered on plan.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pursuit & Commercial Shepherding (Lead-to-Sale): Partner with Business Development and Executive leads to drive commercial pursuits. Coordinate discovery deep-dives, align cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Security), and shepherd deals through LOIs, MSAs, and security reviews to signed contracts.
  • Joint Program Governance & Execution: Establish joint governance structures (steering committees, RACIs, meeting cadences) across client operations, BPOs, and field services. Maintain total accountability for project timelines and success criteria.
  • Cross-Functional & Tech Alignment: Bridge communication between carrier IT/Care operations and TechSee engineering (Visual AI, CRM integrations, Agentic workflows), ensuring smooth technical scoping, custom demo flows, and requirement mapping.
  • Pilot-to-Commercial Rollout: Define written success metrics prior to launch, manage weekly operating rhythms and issue triage during pilots, and drive seamless transitions into steady-state commercial deployment.
  • Playbook Codification: Document, refine, and scale repeatable engagement and launch playbooks to establish standard operational practices for future enterprise and ISP rollouts.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years in program management, client delivery, or partner engagement, with at least 3 years owning complex, multi-party commercial engagements end-to-end (pre- and post-contract).
  • Domain Expertise: Direct experience working within or alongside ISPs, Telecom Carriers, BPOs, or Enterprise CX platforms.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of enterprise AI & CX technology (Visual/Spatial AI, CRM integrations, APIs, and security/privacy reviews) to sequence project dependencies credibly.
  • Commercial & Legal Acumen: Demonstrated ability to navigate commercial terms commercial terms, SLAs, DPAs, and shepherding cross-functional legal and security reviews to signature.
  • Execution & Proactivity: Proven track record of managing joint governance, risk mitigation, and driving cross-functional client and internal teams without direct authority.
  • Executive Communication: Fluent in presenting to and managing C-level executives, carrier operation leads, and vendor partners.
  • Location: US-based | Target hiring areas: Greater New York Area (NY/NJ) or Boston, MA (East Coast time zone required).
