Job description

Company Description

Blend360 is a premier data, AI, and marketing consulting firm that partners with the world's most ambitious organizations to turn complex challenges into competitive advantage. We sit at the intersection of deep analytical rigor and pragmatic business execution—helping Fortune 1000 companies and Private Equity-backed businesses unlock transformational value through data, technology, and human expertise.

Job Description

Blend360 is looking for a senior Client Partner to own and grow a strategic, established account in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) space — with a specific focus in the telecommunications and ISP market. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings executive presence, deep sector knowledge, and a genuine passion for turning data, analytics, and AI into measurable client outcomes.

You will serve as the primary relationship owner and growth driver for a large, active account — bringing together the right Blend360 talent, capabilities, and offerings to help the client solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full account — strategy, growth execution, and P&L — with a mandate to expand the relationship and deepen Blend360's footprint within the client organization.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across the client portfolio; develop and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) that speak to the client's strategic priorities.
  • Negotiate pricing and engagement structures that deliver strong value for the client while achieving healthy margins for Blend360.
  • Drive overall client satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and consistently delivering on commitments.
  • Connect decision makers at the client with the right Blend360 capabilities, practice leaders, and talent to address their most important data, analytics, and technology challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders — from VP to C-suite — across technology, marketing, operations, and finance functions.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring Blend360's delivery teams understand the business context and are set up to succeed.
Qualifications

Industry Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in client management or business development within data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services — with a minimum of 5 years focused on the TMT sector.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications and ISP landscape: familiarity with the competitive dynamics, customer lifecycle challenges, network operations, and digital transformation pressures facing Tier 1 and Tier 2 telcos and ISPs.
  • Established network of senior relationships across telecom and ISP organizations — you know how these companies buy, who the decision makers are, and how to navigate complex, matrixed procurement environments.
  • Fluency in the data and analytics use cases most relevant to telecom and ISP clients: churn reduction, customer lifetime value modeling, network analytics, revenue assurance, personalization at scale, and AI-driven customer experience.

Consulting & Client Management Background

  • Big 4 or top-tier management consulting background (or equivalent) strongly preferred. Experience in a consulting environment shapes the structured problem-solving approach, executive communication style, and commercial discipline this role demands.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts — not just retaining them. You have a history of expanding scope, introducing new capabilities, and converting relationships into revenue.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Capability and Practice Leaders to shape solutions and close new business. You are a connector as much as a closer.
  • Experienced at building business cases and ROI narratives that resonate with data-driven and finance-oriented stakeholders.

How You Work

  • You have the 'driver' gene — proactive, energized by building relationships, and relentless in pursuing new opportunities across the client organization.
  • Passionate about the intersection of data, analytics, and technology — and genuinely excited to bring those capabilities to bear on clients' most pressing challenges.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills; you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a working session with an analytics team.
  • Creative, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and highly organized. You manage ambiguity well and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and flexible — you know how to bring internal teams along without losing momentum.
  • Willing and able to travel to client locations as the engagement requires.

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $275,000 - $300,000.. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance. BLEND360 also offers a competitive benefits program to meet the health and financial well-being of our team and their families. You can look forward to a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, commuter benefits, spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, and EAPs.
