We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Marketing Transformation to define and execute on strategic programs that drive profitable growth. What you'll do


Your primary responsibility is designing and executing strategic programs that drive product intensity and multi-product customer retention within our SMB customer base. You will be the creative force and program owner behind our transformational projects and cross-segment campaigns. You will take ownership of a multi-phased roadmap aimed at modernizing how we interact with our customers. From migrating our Salesforce (SFDC) infrastructure to a unified model, to launching cutting-edge AI-driven customer models your work will directly optimize the customer lifecycle and unlock millions in revenue potential.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional partners across base management, planning, business intelligence, data science, loyalty & retention and sales teams to develop integrated strategies that balance customer value with business profitability
  • Designing data-informed programs based on predictive models, machine-learning triggers and customer lifecycle insights working alongside Data Science and BI teams 
  • Shaping and adjusting customer value propositions in response to market dynamics while maintaining alignment with long-term portfolio objectives
  • You'll work closely with frontline teams to identify customer pain points and drive continuous improvements to the customer experience. 
  • You'll also garner buy-in from all levels of the organization-from frontline agents to senior leadership-by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • You will drive transformation in our current marketing technologies by understanding gaps and opportunities to create world class customer journeys leveraging new data connections (ex.  feedback loops)
  • Design and enhance our campaign data policies, such as do not call logic, contact prioritization & other customer data enhancements.

Great to haves

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs within marketing operations, digital transformation, or business strategy (telecom industry experience is a major plus).
