Job description

Warehouse Associates are responsible for collectively working together with peers and managers to increase customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receive/store materials, as well as pick, pack, ship orders in a timely manner that meets or exceeds our customer expectations
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor or their designate.
  • Prepare and stage orders in appropriate area for delivery or customer pickup.
  • Follow all internal procedures or special instructions pertaining to preparation and staging of orders.
  • Receive materials from suppliers, as well as customer equipment by properly inspecting material against paperwork received with equipment or material.
  • Put away all materials and/or equipment in their properly designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Communicate positively with fellow workers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Responsible for keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
  • Process returned materials and equipment according to internal procedures.
  • Adhere to all established company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Present a neat and professional image at all times.
  • Assist in keeping facility secure.
  • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
