Customer Service Representative (CSR) โ€“ Aurora, CO Full-Time | On-Site


We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with 2โ€“3 years of CSR experience (tile & stone industry preferred). This role supports daily sales operations and requires accuracy in order processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.


Key Responsibilities

โ— Process and enter sales orders accurately and efficiently

โ— Prepare and follow up on quotes

โ— Manage high volume of incoming phone calls and customer emails

โ— Coordinate deliveries and pickups with warehouse team

โ— Communicate order status, lead times, and backorders

โ— Handle returns, claims, and issue resolution professionally

โ— Support outside sales reps on project tracking and specifications

โ— Verify inventory availability and incoming shipments

โ— Maintain accurate customer records in ERP system

โ— Assist with submittals and documentation for commercial projects


Required Qualifications

โ— 2โ€“3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative (tile/stone preferred)

โ— Experience with QuickBooks Online required

โ— Strong multitasking ability in a high-volume environment

โ— Professional written and verbal communication skills

โ— Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)

โ— Experience with SOS Inventory a plus

โ— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Work Schedule & Expectations

โ— Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:30 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM

โ— On-site in Aurora warehouse/office

โ— Consistent punctuality required; employees are expected to be on time daily

โ— High responsiveness during business hours


Compensation & Benefits
