Benefits

Why Join Us as a Business Development Manager (BDM)?

At destinationone Consulting, we believe that attracting the right talent starts with offering the right opportunities. As a BDM, you won't just be taking on a sales roleโ€”you'll be joining a dynamic, fast-growing startup that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. Hereโ€™s what sets us apart and why this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact:

Equity (Share Options)

At destinationone, we will offer share options in addition to commissions as part of your overall compensation package. Not only is this a fair way to reward you for your contributions, but it also provides a strong incentiveโ€”youโ€™ll have a stake in the business and share in its success. As the company grows, so does your ownership, aligning your goals with the company's long-term success. *Please note - Share options are subject to a vesting period, which is contingent upon both performance and tenure with the company.*.

Professional Growth Opportunities

By joining destinationone at this early stage, youโ€™ll have the chance to develop a diverse set of skills that go beyond a typical sales role. As we build the company from the ground up, youโ€™ll be exposed to every aspect of the business, from strategy and branding to client relations. Your professional development will be enhanced as you hone your leadership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial skills, making you a key part of our growth story.

Clear and Attainable Commission Structure

We offer a transparent and highly rewarding commission structure, especially for your first few clients. In the early stages, youโ€™ll enjoy higher commission rates, allowing you to build a strong income base quickly. With uncapped commissions, the sky is the limit as you onboard more clients and expand your portfolio.

Engagement in the Vision

You wonโ€™t just be selling a serviceโ€”youโ€™ll be helping to shape and build a company. We will provide you with a compelling vision of where weโ€™re headed and how we plan to get there. By joining us, you become an integral part of that journey, contributing to the overall direction and growth of destinationone.

Involvement in Building the Brand

As a BDM, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to actively participate in building the destinationone brand. This isnโ€™t a top-down approachโ€”youโ€™ll be part of the creative and strategic process, helping to define how weโ€™re seen by clients and the market. Your input matters, and youโ€™ll leave your mark on a growing business.

Market Potential

Our RaaSS model is designed to revolutionize the recruitment industry. The market potential is immense, particularly in the sectors we serve, including Healthcare, Municipalities, Non-Profits, and more. We are offering you a strong value propositionโ€”the chance to be part of a proven concept in a market poised for expansion.

Proof of Concept and Early Successes

While we are still in the early stages, we already have proof of concept. Our innovative RaaSS model has been well received by clients in multiple sectors. These early successes are a strong indicator of future growth and stability, giving you the confidence that youโ€™re joining a winning team.

Vision of Your Future Growth

We donโ€™t just want you to join our teamโ€”we want you to grow with us. Whether youโ€™re interested in managing teams, leading territories, or building out new markets, weโ€™ll work with you to carve out your future within destinationone. As we scale, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to shape your own career path, with our full support and guidance.

Support, Mentorship, and Tools for Success

Weโ€™re committed to ensuring that you have everything you need to succeed. This includes access to mentors, ongoing training, and resources that support your development.

Compelling Offer with Short-Term Constraints

We understand that joining a startup can come with short-term challenges, but we want you to know that any constraints, such as commission-based pay in the early stages, are temporary. We are building a company that values its people, and as we grow, so will the rewards. Weโ€™re offering you a compelling case to join us on this exciting journey, and we believe the potential for success is limitless.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You come from one of the sectors we are recruiting for, especially if you have experience working with member associations.
  • You are a proven sales leader with a track record of winning new business and nurturing client relationships.
  • You are passionate about driving results and excited about contributing to a high-growth organization with limitless potential.

Disclaimer: We're proactively building a databank for opportunities in Healthcare, HealthTech, Government, Non-Profits, Legal, and more. By applying, you ensure our recruiters can quickly match you with suitable roles when they arise. We value Integrity, Transparency, and Innovation, so we want you to know these are not active jobs. Join our network today, and we'll promptly connect you with the right opportunities when they come up. Let us help you find your next career move!
