Description -
HP is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities. Although there may not be an immediate opening, in anticipation of these opportunities becoming available, completing a profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications and interests and will allow us to stay connected.
The Medium Business Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Account Executives (iAEs), developing end-to-end account strategies and driving sales engagement for medium business accounts, either directly or through channel partners. This role is responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting team members to ensure individual development and overall sales effectiveness, with a focus on achieving sales quotas, expanding the customer base, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 10-15 iAEs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to develop individual team members and drive overall sales effectiveness by leading the team to sell the entire portfolio of products and services.
  • Sales Coverage: Develop targeted business plans and achieve sales and margin goals, using tools like heatmaps and whitespace analysis.
  • Sales Management: Accurately forecast the business on a biweekly basis thru funnel conversion that results in exceeding quota for both revenue and margin targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and analyze opportunity identification, qualification, and management; develop strategies to hunt new logos within low or no SOW accounts.
  • Customer Retention & Growth: Retain existing customers while identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for PC++ (including headsets, displays, carepacks).
  • Channel Sales: Build solid relationships with channel teams to enable iAE and PBM alliance for successful implementation.
  • Customer Experience: Coordinate with customer support teams to address issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Recruitment & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train inside sales resources to ensure skill and knowledge development, including specialization in PC++.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and guide employee performance, supporting individuals through sales challenges and managing results for all performers.
  • KPI Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators to measure team success.
  • Sales Technology: Leverage CRM systems and other tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure the inside sales team adheres to legal and ethical standards in all sales activities, including pricing, contracts, and customer interactions.

Education & Experience Recommended:
  • Experience: Typically, 2-4 (Supervisor), 5-7 years (Associate Manager) of job-related experience or 2-4 years of management experience in sales.
  • Education: Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Typically has 2-7 years of job-related experience and/or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in inside sales or tele-sales environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
    • Familiarity with sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM systems.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $ 88,400 to $ 1,28,200 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
