 Inside Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

 Lifeline Pharmaceuticals is a national wholesaler of brand and generic pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers. Lifeline’s strong manufacturer relationships and dedicated sales and customer service teams make Lifeline a trusted resource to thousands of customers in the United States.  
Lifeline is hiring Sales Executives for its Miami inside sales team to grow its customer base.  The position involves generating sales of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to non-acute medical practices across the country. Lifeline’s primary customers and prospects will include outpatient surgery centers, endoscopy centers, surgical- type healthcare providers and their purchasing specialists.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Managing customer territory and increasing net profits from existing customers and new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, e-marketing and inbound lead follow-up.

Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective and current non-acute medical centers and practices in assigned territories.

Must display knowledge and proficiency in explaining and selling products by phone and via companies E-commerce site.

 Expected to maintain a minimum number of daily outbound calls to potential customer base, as well as daily responses to emails, calls, Live Chats and other customer communications.

Delegate tasks to customer service and purchasing teams to ensure customers receive products as promised.

Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written communications.

Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices to achieve monthly sales quotas.

Work with the marketing department to execute mass communication campaigns and maintain a follow-up schedule to ensure each prospect and customer is contacted.

Negotiating pricing and contracts with customers.

Mailing sales and marketing promotions to customers.

Must be a driven and self-motivated individual who is also willing to receive guidance and direction.
Qualifications and Requirements:

• Two–Four years college. Four-year degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical sales experience or background strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Previous tele-sales experience also a plus.
