Job description


The Personal Account Sales Representative plays a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with personal and student accounts. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, sales performance, and educational support. The representative will proactively manage communications, drive account growth, and relay customer needs to internal stakeholders.


Duties and Responsibilities


·        Build strong relationships with personal accounts through marketing training, events, and brand initiatives.

·        Identify and transition eligible personal accounts into Image business accounts.

·        Contact each assigned account at least once per month and log all outreach in Salesforce.

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·        Document all written correspondence with accounts in Salesforce.

·        Comply with company procedures for product buy-back and event requests.

·        Follow PCI compliance standards when processing phone orders using company credit cards.

·        Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with customers, colleagues, and management.

·        Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.

·        Input new customer data and update existing account information in Salesforce.

·        Participate in periodic sales training sessions.

·        Deliver exceptional, personalized service during every customer interaction.

·        Respond to written communications sent to the company’s main email address in accordance with company guidelines and account policies.

Additional duties may be assigned based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications

·        Minimum of 2 years customer service/admin/tele-sales experience

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·        Must have strong selling to customer needs ability

·        Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

·        Ability to work independently

·        Must be able to work weekends periodically throughout the year

·        Minimum of 2 years customer service/admin/tele-sales experience

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·        Must have strong selling to customer needs ability

·        Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

·        Ability to work independently

·        Must be able to work weekends periodically throughout the year

·        Career oriented with a positive energetic attitude

·        Be comfortable using multiple computer programs including online database and internet-based systems

·        Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control and account development


Working Conditions


·        Position based at the IMAGE Skincare HQ in Lantana FL. Monday through Friday.

  • This role is primarily office-based with regular use of computer, phone, and video conferencing tools.
  • May require occasional travel to client sites, trade shows, or company meetings.
  • Standard business hours apply, but flexibility is expected to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction across departments and with external partners.


Physical Requirements


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
  • Occasional lifting of materials or product samples up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to remain professional and focused in client-facing situations.
  • Visual acuity required for reviewing digital and print materials.
