Requirements
- Exceptional communication abilities: oral, written and presentation
- Must be able to manage activities at multiple customer accounts with multiple disciplines over a wide geographic area
- Demonstrate understanding of team selling concepts
- Strong strategic thinking and utilization both internally and externally
- Experience selling and communicating with C-suite and/or owners
- Experience selling with long term sales cycles (6+ months)
- Must exhibit excellent conflict management skills
- Strong PC computing experience (e.g., Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, CRM)
- Bachelors degree or commensurate experience in lieu of degree
- Background in Healthcare systems, product services or laboratory software experience preferred
- Overnight travel required up to 60% of the time, including occasional weekend travel
- Must be able to stay in various hotels, fly coach via commercial airlines, rent and/or drive a car and have acceptable credit to be issued a credit card
