Position Summary
Assists the manager with the daily operation and strategic objectives of Regional Pathology Services' (RPS) accounts receivable revenue cycle and provider services departments through maintenance and management of all accounts receivable and credentialing functions and procedures. Serves as an expert resource to billing staff to ensure timely and efficient charge capture and compliance with all billing policies, as well as provides general billing education and training for staff. Develops and maintains billing compliance and audit program for the Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology.
