Job Summary:
TELCOR Inc is a nationally recognized provider of health care software, seeking a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join their Information Technology team. The role involves the design, delivery, and reliability of TELCOR's IT infrastructure, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
• Proven track record of leading complex systems initiatives from initial concept through to operational stability
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra
• Strong proficiency with modern identity/access management practices
• Experience with infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document complex systems clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or similar compliance audits is preferred
• Omnissa Horizon experience preferred
• VMware virtualization experience preferred
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven track record of leading complex systems initiatives from initial concept through to operational stability
