Our therapists enjoy competitive pay (base hourly + profit sharing) and flexibility to manage their own caseload in a supportive, inviting environment.
About Ellie: Ellie Mental Health is a thriving multi-clinic organization focused on ending the stigma surrounding mental health, filling gaps in care, and bringing innovative solutions to the field. We reduce administrative tasks so our practitioners can focus on what they do best: helping clients. Happy therapists provide the best care, and we’re committed to making that happen!
Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults preferred.
  • Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation is preferred.
  • A sense of humor is definitely a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to address community gaps in care.
  • Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

Each franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at their clinic, including hiring, firing, and supervision. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not Ellie Family Services, PLLP or its affiliates.
