About Our Family
We are an active family of three living in the heart of Vail with a mini Bernadoodle to round out our crew. Life here moves fast and with purpose. Between demanding professional careers, a thriving young teen athlete in the household, and a vibrant outdoor lifestyle centered around skiing and mountain biking, our days are full and our energy is high.
Our home is our anchor. We love it to feel calm, stocked, and functional without requiring constant attention. We are deeply embedded in this community and value people who understand the rhythm of mountain town life. We have high standards and low drama. We know what we need, and we are looking for someone who can come in, take the wheel on household operations, and make daily life run more smoothly so we can focus on what matters most: our family, our work, and our time together.
We are looking to bring someone into our home who understands what it means to be a professional in a private household setting - someone who shows up, understands healthy boundaries, sees what needs to be done, and does it without being asked.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a seasoned household professional who thrives on ownership and does not wait to be told what to do. You walk into a home, assess what is needed, and get to work. Organized, proactive, and takes genuine pride in running a household well.
Healthy cooking and meal planning come naturally to you, an area we aim to seek support and expertise in for our family. You know how to align with family preferences, create a meal plan, and stock a kitchen so a busy family never has to think about what is for dinner.
Pleasant, grounded, and easy to be around. You communicate in short, efficient bursts and do not require hand-holding or structured check-ins. They embody discretion, respect boundaries, and show up consistently. You are looking for a long-term role in a community you care about, not a seasonal stop. Prior experience working with families in a resort or mountain community is a meaningful plus.
The ideal candidate is self-directed and proactive. They notice when the pantry needs a reset before anyone asks. They see that the dog hasn't been out and you handle it. You communicate consistently, ask good questions, and adapt when plans shift because in this house, they sometimes do.

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Systems-Minded & Highly Organized: A natural organizer who thrives on creating structure, maintaining order, and continuously improving daily household routines and workflows to keep a busy home running seamlessly.
