Production Operator Packers- Day Shift pay is up to $21.10/hour -

12 hour shifts / 7am-7pm / Every other weekend off

These positions are responsible for running and maintaining extrusion and/or injection mold lines. We pay higher starting rate for candidates that have related experience. Our customers are in industries such as medical products, development infrastructure, water treatment and more. Knowledge and Experience:
  • Basic math skills required
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Technical aptitude
  • Support of other team members
  • Interest in growing to increasingly more responsible opportunities
  • Good attendance

Operator/Packers are responsible for:
  • Inspecting and packing customer jobs and work order runs
  • Performing & recording quality checks according to the job specs
  • Packaging and label according to the job specs
  • Manage work process through use of the iQMS system
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
