HIRING IMMEDIATELY: IMPORT INVENTORY CLERK IN HIALEAH, FL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Import Inventory Clerk to join our client in Hialeah, FL! This individual will be responsible for supporting inbound logistics by processing and updating information for international air and ocean shipments, domestic inbound shipments, and other daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish will have a high school diploma. Apply online and kickstart your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Ranging from $20/hour, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 8 am - 5 pm | Monday - Friday
  • Located in Hialeah, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process import documentation using the ASCI program
  • Prepare and process inbound shipment documents, including ISF filings and 214, 3461, and 7501 entries for our FTZ zone
  • Create new inventory items and maintain accurate records by updating missing or pending information
  • Classify inventory and maintain HTS codes to support import and export compliance
  • Review and update purchase orders with ETD and ETA details as needed
  • Track and monitor the status of all inbound shipments
  • Process inbound receiving, adjustments, transfers and keep communication with warehouse
  • Maintain weekly files and payment records for 3461 and 7501 duty processing
  • Communicate with factories and vendors about shipment updates and changes
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain quotes for inbound shipments
  • Organize and maintain digital files in Doc-Link
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to and manage daily email communications
  • Assist Dept with creating and sending new PO to our vendors, update ETD and ETA as needed
  • Inbound file creation and updates for end of month reporting as needed
  • Coordinate air shipments via fed ex
  • Update reports daily for inbounds
  • Training offered on site upon start date
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Graduate a must, some college is acceptable
  • Bilingual skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
  • Strong computer navigation and systems skills
  • Ability to create and update Excel reports using existing data
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and support the department as needed
  • Quick learner who adapts efficiently to new procedures
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in an open office environment
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. Customs import regulations is preferred
