To strengthen our international supply chain, we are looking for an Import & Logistics Officer.

Your role as Import & Logistics Officer

Within our team, you play a key role in our international supply chain. You ensure that import shipments are handled smoothly and accurately, while looking beyond day-to-day operations. You identify opportunities to simplify, automate and future-proof our processes through digitalisation and AI.

  • Coordinate international import shipments from A to Z.
  • Manage and verify customs and import documentation.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
  • Process logistics documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Support export activities where required.
  • Follow up customer or logistics-related issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
  • Maintain ISO procedures and AEO documentation.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
  • Explore AI applications and digital tools to improve administrative and logistics workflows.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance teams.
Who are you?
  • You hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Experience in import, logistics or international trade is an advantage, but motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
  • You work accurately and in a structured manner with strong attention to detail.
  • You have a hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have a genuine interest in digitalisation, process optimisation and AI.
  • You quickly adapt to new systems and digital tools.
  • You work independently while being a strong team player.
  • You thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
