Data Transfer Officer, TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Security Clearance Required, Herndon, VA
Ready to hire a Data Transfer Officer. Qualified candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Security Clearance. Military (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines) experience is a big plus!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes).
- Answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center.
- Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
- Maintain a troubleshoot tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience.
- Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities.
- Understand how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.
- Solve routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact own team through the accuracy and quality of work; follow procedures and receive regular supervision.
- Use communication skills to exchange information.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly.
- High School diploma.
- Data Transfer Certification.
- Ability to communicate to different levels of management.
