Job description

Peregrine Team is hiring a Process Development Scientist to support biologics development and scale-up. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting tech transfer from R&D to production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize upstream/downstream processes
  • Support scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing teams
  • Analyze process data and identify improvements in yield and efficiency
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams
  • Document findings and support regulatory submissions

Qualifications
  • PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in biologics process development
  • Experience with GMP and tech transfer processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
