W hat You'll Do
Your work will feed the decisions executives can't afford to get wrong.
Here's what that looks like day to day: you'll get a problem that isn't fully defined, and part of your job is figuring out the right question before you can even get to an answer. You'll dig into data, build the analysis, and find the insight that changes how a client sees their situation; you'll be exposed to the latest AI tools and accelerators. You will learn to communicate your recommendation clearly to Executives who've been running companies longer than you've been in the workforce.
The questions you will wrestle with sit at the center of enterprise transformation:

• What target technology state will enable the company's strategy?
• Which platforms, data, and AI capabilities should be modernized, and in what sequence?
• How should cloud, architecture, cyber, and product or platform operating models evolve?
• Where can AI create differentiated value, and how can it be scaled responsibly?
• How should leaders address technology debt, investment tradeoffs, and the change required to activate the roadmap?

The work spans the full arc of strategic advising: diagnosing where a business stands, charting where it needs to go, shaping the modernization roadmap, designing the transformation required to get there, and even staying with the business to turn the solution on! You'll be expected to think, not just execute, and to bring a perspective into every conversation.
The best strategies aren't measured by the quality of the deck, they're road-tested and measured by the value at scale that they create. Strategy and execution aren't separate disciplines. As an Enterprise Tech Strategy Analyst at Deloitte, you'll learn how to connect the two.

The skills you'll build as an Enterprise Tech Strategy Summer Scholar are the foundation of a modern strategic advisor: how to turn messy data into a clear insight, how to translate technical complexity into an executive ready recommendation, and how to communicate a point of view clearly enough that it actually changes someone's thinking. You can be a future executive advisor or future CXO. We'll get you ready for both.
Where You'll Focus
We advise Fortune 500 clients across all industries, serving both Corporate and Private Equity sponsors. That range is intentional. Early on, you'll build breadth by tackling technology-related business issues from strategic framing through solution activation. You'll move across industries and problem types, because the fastest way to find where you want to go deep is to see the full landscape first. Over time, that breadth turns into depth: you'll build real expertise in an industry or capability, the kind that makes you the person people call when a specific problem shows up.

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors or a related/equivalent program

• Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).

• Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, ifrequired, uponstartdate

• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $105,000.
