Platforms include offshore energy & structures, anchoring systems, UUV (unmanned underwater vehicle), underwater robotics, vessel launch and recovery systems, diver communication, fiber optics, underwater and through hull connectors, submarines, towed arrays, and sonobuoy systems. Successful applicants will join multi-disciplined engineering teams delivering projects from concept, through to commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:Self-starter with the ability to recognize and creatively solve complex problemsLead project teams and provide technical direction to R&D efforts. Bring concepts from idea to prototype and take them to the field.
