About the role
As a Technical Program Manager - Cloud & Generative AI, you will make an impact by leading large-scale technology programs, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions that help clients achieve strategic business outcomes. You will be a valued member of the technology leadership team and work collaboratively with client executives, business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and delivery leaders.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
  • Partner with client leadership, product owners, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, align priorities, facilitate strategic planning, and provide trusted technology guidance.
  • Provide governance and technical oversight for solutions leveraging .NET, Angular, AWS Cloud, microservices, APIs, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Drive program planning, release management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and execution excellence across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Champion cloud modernization and AI transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, automation, customer experience, and business value through AWS and Generative AI solutions.

What you need to have to be considered
  • 12+ years of IT industry experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale technology programs, strategic initiatives, and client engagements.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise software delivery programs utilizing Agile, Scrum, SAFe, release management, and SDLC best practices.
  • Strong technical expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework, Angular, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and governing enterprise-grade solutions on AWS Cloud, including architecture, deployment, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Strong client-facing communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence both business and technology leaders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, dependencies, risks, escalations, and globally distributed delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
