NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Program Manager
Details:
Program Manager
Location: Princeton NJ (Prefer nearby or who can relocate in 1-2 months)
Duration: 1 year
Mandatory: Pharma or Lifescience experience
Project/Domain Overview:
The objective of this project is to improve the security (reduce Cyber Risk) of the Manufacturing sites infrastructure.
Scope includes managing projects in Information Risk Management projects in Cybersecurity. Projects require tracking of financial, schedule, and outcome performance. The Program Manager will be accountable for managing a suite of full lifecycle projects encompassing several vendor-led workstreams in a matrix governance model as part of various global deployments. The Program Manager must be comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders from across Cybersecurity, facilitating PMO and/or steering committee meetings, and supporting business-critical transformation / change initiatives.
Experience and Skills:
  • Experience of 10+ years managing IT/Business projects. Biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
  • PMI PMP certification, with one or more additional certifications in Agile highly desired
  • Program Manager who potentially has some application, Infrastructure, networking and Cyber Security experience as a functional or technology consultant or background in several full lifecycle projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior leaders, including executive staff
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capability, ability to function in a highly complex matrix organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity; Master's degree preferred
