Position Overview
As the IT Program Manager for IT, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that support and enhance IT technology and operations. Your role will focus on managing multiple complex IT projects related to IT systems, processes, and technologies.
A Day In The Life
You will provide leadership and direction to junior team members, both employees and contractors, ensuring their project tasks align with IT strategic objectives and IT PMO best practices.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, business and IT stakeholders, you will gather and analyze business requirements specific to IT and business needs, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee the seamless integration of technology solutions.
Additionally, you will mentor project managers, facilitate their professional development, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts for project management methodologies within IT.
You'll Come With
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop program plans and ensure the integration of project deliverables
