Job description

Role: Senior Tech Program Manager Knowledge Graphs & Ontology

Duration: 6+ months

Location: SFO, CA or Dallas, TX (hybrid 2 days)
About the Role
Unified Knowledge Services is building the intelligent graph layer that powers Salesforce's AI-driven agents, sellers, and enterprise decision-making. As a Senior TPM embedded in the Knowledge Graphs and Ontology team, you will drive end-to-end program execution for one of the highest-impact, most technically complex areas in the organization.
What You'll Manage

  • Base Graph unified enterprise foundation: core entities, attributes, and relationships forming the base ontology
  • Help Agent Domain/Projection Graph graphRAG capabilities for the Help Agent, multi-hop queries and multi-source blending
  • Website Graph grounds website-facing agents with structured data to support pipeline generation
  • Revenue Excellence Graph Support semantic router endpoint and pre-cached query templates for the retrieval layer
  • Backlog programs monitor and support progression toward readiness

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of TPM experience in enterprise software or AI/data platform environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing Knowledge Graph, semantic systems, or AI/ML platform programs at scale
  • Deep understanding of graph data concepts ontology design, entity relationships, domain projection graphs, and GraphRAG patterns
  • Experience coordinating programs with cross-functional platform dependencies (e.g., prod enablement, data pipelines, API readiness)
  • Strong understanding of LLM-integrated architectures RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, vector databases, and semantic routing
  • Proficiency with Agile/SAFe methodologies; ability to run sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate across distributed teams
  • Exceptional ability to influence without authority in a matrixed, fast-moving organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication able to turn technical complexity into crisp executive narratives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or CSM a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (enterprise data platforms, APIs, CRM integrations)
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and semantic routing architectures
  • Hands-on exposure to GraphRAG, LLM + Knowledge Graph integration patterns
  • Prior experience managing distributed or offshore engineering teams
  • Experience delivering in a product showcase or demo-driven environment
