Pay Range: $90 - $95 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to oversee strategic transformational projects within our Digital and Innovation Organization's Program Management Office. This role is pivotal in acting as the SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer or Solution Train Engineer for a significant technology portfolio, requiring adeptness in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe frameworks. A strategic mindset, proficiency in multitasking, and strong team collaboration in a Fortune 500 fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate SAFe Program Increments, ensuring alignment with business strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Organize SAFe PI planning workshops, lead retrospectives, and manage cross-functional team alignment and delivery.
  • Ensure SAFe principles compliance, facilitate adoption of SAFe methodologies, and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Deliver presentations to senior leadership on Agile transformation and manage financial tracking and reporting for projects.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices using Jira and Confluence, and facilitate structures work delivery across Agile Release Trains.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in Agile Transformation and a SAFe environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence with experience in Agile best practices.

Industry Experience:
Experience within a Fortune 500 company environment is preferred, highlighting the need for a strategic thinker familiar with high-paced and complex project landscapes.
