The Team You’ll Join  

This role is instrumental in defining and advancing product priorities across the Tamarac platform, partnering closely with key stakeholders to shape the roadmap and drive execution from concept through delivery. We are looking for a leader who deeply understands advisor workflows, anticipates client needs, and brings forward innovative solutions that strengthen Tamarac’s position in the wealth management ecosystem.

How You’ll Contribute   

Defines and drives the strategy, roadmap and execution of Envestnet technology products. Gathers requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, translating business needs into clear product specifications and feature prioritization. Works with engineering, design, compliance and business teams to ensure products are scalable, secure and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Analyzes market trends, competitive offerings and product performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Responsible for developing, managing and optimizing one or more products / product areas.
• Identifies, quantifies and effectively communicates client market opportunities.
• Creates and maintains product vision and roadmap, creates business plans to secure funding, and, develops go-to-market strategies and value proposition.
• Ensures feature alignment across products; manages feature creation and identifies business rules / impact.
• Engages with client-facing sales and implementation colleagues to ensure delivery efforts are aligned with features and feature acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across products; participates in planning and pre/post-planning events.
• Supports testing and partners with revenue and business stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and assess impact on ROI.
• Works with Sales, Marketing and other relevant teams to communicate new products, and develop go-to-market strategy, plans, and training materials. 
• Makes end-of-life recommendations for non-performant products.
• Partner with advisors, clients, and prospects to gather feedback on platform capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
• Utilize client feedback, adoption metrics, and performance data to identify trends, evaluate success, and inform strategic recommendations for future platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to advocate client needs and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Address complex client and business challenges by identifying root causes, evaluating potential solutions, and driving scalable outcomes that support organizational objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Tamarac capabilities and industry trends, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and supporting knowledge sharing across teams.

•    Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
•    Self-directed and highly motivated, with the ability to lead initiatives independently while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across clients, cross-functional teams, and external partners
•    Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, vision, and value to diverse audiences
•    Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring excellence across product deliverables and execution
•    Willingness to travel to engage with clients, support product initiatives, and strengthen market alignment.
