As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage team-level execution, product backlogs, sprint delivery, forecasting/budgeting, and product development activities within a dynamic engineering environment. In this role, you will lead intake discussions, guide stakeholders through requirement definitions, manage project budgets and timelines, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product features aligned with business and technical needs. Additionally, you will leverage enterprise-approved AI tools and modern platforms to optimize backlog delivery, automate workflows, and drive continuous solution innovation across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage team-level execution, product backlogs, sprint delivery, forecasting/budgeting, and product development activities
  • Lead intake discussions, guiding stakeholders through requirement definition and submission to ensure clear, complete requests
  • Manage project budget and delivery timelines in coordination with business priorities
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable product features aligned to business and technical needs
  • Maintain product planning and delivery tracking tools (e.g., Aha and Rally boards), ensuring accuracy of timelines, data quality, and adherence to delivery standards
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, expedite delivery of the team's backlog, and drive continuous operational improvement
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends to inform technical product design, roadmap planning, and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in product management or technical product management
  • 1 years of experience as a product manager managing a scrum team
  • 1 years of experience in leading or supporting multiple agile scrum teams in a cross-functional enterprise environment
  • 1 years of experience with product and delivery tools (such as Aha! or Rally for example) for roadmap planning, backlog management, and reporting
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing modern AI tools and automated solutions to support daily workflows and expedite product delivery
  • Solid technical understanding of system design, APIs, and modern application architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Agile or Product Management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM)
  • Experience evaluating, architecting, or integrating emerging AI/ML technologies into software product features
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
