Position Overview:
Personalization Specialist will drive the development, execution, and optimization of personalized marketing experiences across channels. This role will play a critical part in designing data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, improve conversion rates and deliver relevant experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will act as the subject matter expert in personalization strategy and execution - collaborating closely with marketing, sales, analytics, UX, and product teams to bring personalization at scale to life.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap
  • Assist in defining the personalization vision, strategy, and roadmap across web, email, media, and CRM.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases that align customer needs with business objectives.

Execution & Orchestration
  • Build and manage dynamic customer journeys, automated campaigns, and personalized content modules.
  • Translate audience insights into actionable personalization tactics (e.g., triggers, recommendations, lifecycle flows).

Segmentation & Data Activation
  • Collaborate with analytics and the audience segmentation teams to create, refine, and activate target segments.
  • Leverage customer profiles, behaviors, and firmographic data to enhance personalization relevance.

Optimization & Testing
  • Collaborate UX team to run A/B and multivariate testing to optimize personalized experiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance; translate learnings into actionable insights.

Technology & Enablement
  • Serve as the primary owner of personalization tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Personalization)
  • Partner with IT and MarTech to ensure seamless data flows, integrations, and governance.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as an internal advocate for personalization, educating stakeholders on capabilities and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to team members or cross-functional partners.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, CRM, personalization, or similar
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience (preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with personalization platforms, CDPs, ESPs, or marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret customer data, develop actionable insights, and build measurable experiments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable personalization programs.
  • Collaboration: Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (data, UX, sales, product).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven recommendation models, predictive scoring, or advanced testing frameworks.

Success Measures
  • Increased engagement rates (CTR, time on site, repeat visits).
  • Growth in conversion and revenue influenced by personalized experiences.
  • Adoption and utilization of personalization tools across the organization.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is:
$29.00
to
$39.75
