What youll do
  • Lead new product development for semiconductor adhesives while documenting progress and results
  • Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release
  • Record, organize and communicate experimental data 
  • Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities
  • Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling materials  
  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, storage areas, and workspaces  
  • Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations and policies 
  • Actively participate in scientific publications and forums
