The Operations Intern, Ratings Operations (ROS), plays a critical role in supporting our talent initiatives and enabling the effective, efficient operations of global Ratings processes. As a strategic partner to multiple teams, including Commercial, Data, Analytical, Compliance, and Technology, the intern leverages business knowledge and operational acumen to continuously improve processes and align with business value.
Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Assist in creating and editing content for executive updates, program communications, and internal team messages.
  • Organize and maintain a library of internal documents, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
  • Support team priorities, including continuous improvement and change management, with pace and quality to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and refine templates for program updates, KPIs, FAQs, and other recurring needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure accuracy in communications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance internal processes and communications.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
