Were looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy intern to help support business operations across multiple fast-paced car wash locations. This role is ideal for a student interested in:

Youll help keep leadership dashboards, project boards, and operational tasks organized and moving by supporting our management team behind the scenes. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling. Were especially interested in students who can work closer to full-time hours during the summer to learn the business and then continue part-time during the school year.
What Youll Do
- Update and maintain Monday.com boards and workflows
- Transfer information from management dashboards into team action boards
- Monitor task progress and follow up onoverdue items
- Help organize operational projects and timelines
- Support leadership with data cleanup and reporting updates
- Keep systems accurate, organized, and current
- Assist with process documentation and SOP organization
- Help improve communication flow between leadership teams
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information in boards and systems

- Must be able to commute to these locations when requested
