Position Summary:

As part of this team, you will collaborate with software engineers, architects, security partners, and platform teams to deliver Infrastructure, Identity, Security, Policy, and Observability as Code. You will be empowered to eliminate operational toil, automate manual processes, improve platform reliability, and continuously evolve enterprise cloud capabilities.

You will define and measure platform health through Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets, participate in a global support model, and drive operational excellence across Bank of America's Google Cloud ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Platform Engineering

-Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating highly automated, production-grade cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

-Deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles, reliability frameworks, error budgets, incident management, and operational excellence

-Proven experience developing infrastructure automation using Terraform, Python, Go, Java, or Ansible

-Extensive experience with GCP services including:
