General Manager, Fashion Distribution CenterPosition Summary As the General Manager of a Walmart Fashion Distribution Center, you will lead a large-scale operation responsible for delivering apparel, footwear, accessories, and seasonal merchandise to stores and customers across the network. This role requires a strategic and people-focused leader who can drive operational excellence, foster a culture of safety and inclusion, and ensure exceptional service while delivering business results. You will oversee all aspects of the distribution center, including operations, financial performance, workforce planning, talent development, customer service, inventory management, and community engagement. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a passion for developing teams, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, complex supply chain environment. What You'll Do Lead Operations and Deliver Results
  • Develop and execute the facility business plan to achieve goals related to productivity, service, quality, safety, and cost.
