About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Technology Engineer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, Python, Contact Center along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Job Description:
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including routing and APIs
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like React and backend platforms such as Node.js or Python
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI / CD tools

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX
