As a BIM / VDC Digital Delivery Specialist, you'll help ensure projects stay organized, coordinated, and positioned for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project-level BIM and digital delivery efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining Digital Delivery Plans (DDPs) with Project Managers.
  • Managing model environments, document management systems, and project digital infrastructure.
  • Monitoring model quality, coordination efforts, and project standards.
  • Leading coordination meetings and supporting 3D review processes.
  • Coordinating project deliverables and milestone submissions.
  • Supporting project teams with BIM technology, workflows, and technical guidance.

  • Assisting with project archiving and closeout procedures.
  • Collaborating with Digital Delivery leaders and project stakeholders to continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Mentoring Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists while promoting best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital design experience focused on BIM modeling and content development.
  • 5+ years of digital delivery, BIM coordination, or model management experience.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and multidisciplinary project coordination.
  • Advanced experience with 3D design platforms, coordination tools, and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, construction documentation, and project delivery workflows.
  • Knowledge of automation tools or programming concepts that support efficiency and process improvement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
