Partner with IT leaders to deliver impactful communications that advance digital transformation and organizational alignment.
Work Style: Hybrid
Location: Gainesville, FL
FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Develops and executes communication strategies that effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders regarding IT initiatives. Ensures the delivery of clear, timely, and consistent IT-related messages across various platforms while collaborating closely with IT teams and business units. Oversees communication channels, supports training and change management efforts, and evaluates communication effectiveness to optimize impact. Involves aligning IT communications with organizational goals and assisting in crisis communication related to IT incidents.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes IT communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures clear, timely, and consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborates with IT teams and business units to align communications with organizational goals.
  • Oversees communication channels and supports training and change management efforts.
  • Evaluates communication effectiveness and optimizes impact.
  • Assists in crisis communication related to IT incidents.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ year's experience in IT communications or corporate communications
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies
  • Experience managing communication channels and supporting change management
  • Strong collaboration skills with IT teams and business units
  • Ability to evaluate communication effectiveness and optimize messaging
  • Ability to work on site (Wednesday)
