Job Description

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities for Data Center Solutions.

Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical

specifications.

Support system design, solution selection, and application feasibility studies.

Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.

Assist with product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops.

Support troubleshooting activities and help perform root-cause analysis for technical issues.

Act as a technical interface between customers, sales, R&D, and product management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or engineering related field.

Fundamental technical understanding of engineering & electronics systems (e.g. AC/DC

converters, UPS, cooling solutions) and products.

Basic understanding of technical documentation, schematics, or system diagrams.

Ability to first response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory,

implement and verify corrective actions.

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical. stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.

Working Location: Hoofddorp, The Netherlands

Experience in a technical or engineering environment/project.

Basic knowledge of safety, quality, or compliance concepts.
