Duration : 12 Months contract
Job Description
Ability to communicate effectively
Comply with security guidelines and maintain confidentiality
Strong knowledge of MacOS and iOS software
Quickly assess problems
Help caffe team members with basic mac and iOS support
Ability to identify solutions for a large work group
Troubleshoots system problems and responsible for testing applications
Reports progress, status, and issues to project team
Work with project manager to meet deadlines
Communicates professionally with executives and team members Ability to approach problems flexibly
Proficient in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers and Strong knowledge of Excel
Ability to learn and adapt to new software
iCal calendar management
Ability to handle multiple tasks
