Job description

Lyra Technology Group is looking for a full-time Tier II Support Engineer to join the team at one of our operating companies. ย The Tier II Support Engineer will work out of one of our clients' headquarters as part of an IT team to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide remote and on-site support. They should be comfortable with quickly adapting to new technologies and working both independently and in a team environment.


Your work as the Tier II Support Engineer includes several components:

ย  ย Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
ย  ย Maintain computer systems
ย  ย Provide remote and onsite support
ย  ย Maintain documentation of processes, issues, and solutions


Our ideal Tier II Support Engineer has the following qualifications:

ย  ย Proven experience working as a Tier 2 IT engineer for at least 3 years
ย  ย Excellent customer service and communication skills
ย  ย Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
ย  ย Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner
ย  ย Experience in 365 administration
ย  ย Networking experience
ย  ย Experience trouble shooting printers
ย  ย Experience with Azure
ย  ย A degree in Information Technology is a plus
ย  ย MS - 102 certification is a plus
ย  ย MD - 102 certification is a plus
