Jack Henry is seeking a technical problem solver that has CRM, banking and/or credit union industry experience. This person will bridge the gap between financial operations and technology, troubleshoot complex application issues, and deliver exceptional client support.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; or Cedar Falls, IA.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks and credit unions
  • Analyze application, SQL, server, and network-related problems to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve complex issues
  • Document findings and solutions while maintaining service level commitments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted client relationships
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial services in a customer service, technical support, or software implementation role.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to serve in an after-hours on-call rotation.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows servers, PCs, networks, and enterprise software applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, data analysis, and data validation concepts preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system integrations, interfaces, and data-related issues.
  • Experience supporting business-critical, client/server, and web-based applications in a client-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex software and technical issues.
  • Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases while meeting service level expectations.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and business processes.
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently and is committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
