This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.).

The salary range for this position is $66,500-$80,000 and will be determined based on location and level of experience.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. ย

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide technical support to customers by analyzing reported issues and determining the best path to resolution.
  • Work directly with customers and users on highly technical products, including systems-level software used by technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Report design concerns, reliability issues, and software bugs to engineering. Create defect records with supporting files and examples to help development teams build code fixes, including preparing test environments when needed.
  • Stay current on company products through training, documentation, online learning, and observation of experienced support team members.
  • Complete Customer Work Requests (CWRs), which may include installations, customizations, upgrades, and training.
  • Train current team members and new associates as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on programming experience.
  • Experience building and supporting solutions with HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience providing client-facing technical support for web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, web services, APIs, and network connectivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience creating solutions with Symitar PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, and/or PL/I.
  • Ability to interpret and work across multiple programming languages.
  • Experience developing and supporting solutions within the Symitar Integrated Solutions framework.
  • Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of banking and credit union operations and technology.
  • Experience with Chromium-based development and service-oriented architecture.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document system and functional requirements, with working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity. Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement on this posting, we still encourage you to apply.
