An established technology and engineering solutions organization is seeking a senior industry leader to drive growth, innovation, and strategic client engagement within highly regulated manufacturing sectors.

This role combines commercial leadership, industry expertise, digital transformation consulting, and executive relationship management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing industry-focused solutions, and helping organizations modernize manufacturing operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Leadership & Market Development

• Establish and execute long-term growth strategies for regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Monitor emerging industry trends, regulatory developments, and technology innovations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across manufacturing organizations.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and executive briefings.
• Develop strategic insights, industry perspectives, and market-facing thought leadership content.

Solution Strategy & Innovation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic client relationships and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience selling or delivering large-scale consulting, automation, manufacturing technology, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of compliance-driven manufacturing environments and industry regulations.
• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to drive sustainable business growth and market expansion.
