We are seeking a high-energy, seasoned digital marketer and people leader to serve as the "right hand" to our Marketing Director. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels at people management and thrives in the technical complexities of B2B marketing for the AEC and CRE industries. What the position entails
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager acts as the strategic and operational lead for digital services within the Marketing department, ensuring high-level execution for clients while mentoring a growing team of digital marketers.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and directly manage the digital marketing team, including three digital marketers, a web developer, web strategist and UX/UI developer.
  • Act as the key partner (deputy) to the Marketing Director, contributing to department-wide strategic planning and key decision-making.
  • Direct and coordinate digital marketing activities for all clients, ensuring successful execution, growth, and positive ROI.
  • Perform final approval on all digital marketing deliverables to uphold Small Giants' high standards.
  • Facilitate successful collaboration with other departments to guarantee consistent campaign delivery and brand harmony.


Operational Strategy

  • Leverage ClickUp to manage team workload, track project progress, and confirm execution adheres to defined project scopes.
  • Drive internal brand projects for Small Giants, using advanced digital channels to enhance agency recognition.
  • Monitor and evaluate the technical success of all campaigns, using data to formulate insights that inform client strategy.


Digital Advertising

  • Design, launch, and refine diverse digital advertising initiatives, spanning paid search, display, social media platforms, and programmatic solutions.
  • Track and evaluate performance data to ensure all advertising efforts achieve optimal return on investment.
  • Work alongside creative specialists to build impactful and premium ad assets.
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers to support campaign delivery and performance goals.
  • Keep pace with the latest industry trends and digital tools to maintain the agency's competitive edge.


Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor key performance indicators across all marketing channels and active campaigns.
  • Refine and enhance campaign effectiveness through multivariate experiments and A/B testing protocols.
  • Analyze performance data to deliver strategic recommendations and actionable insights that shape broader marketing initiatives.
  • Complete duties as assigned by your manager


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, or a related role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in a people-manager role, with a focus on mentoring junior and mid-level staff.
  • Expert-level proficiency in G-Suite, digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms and project management software like ClickUp.
  • Must be a kind, well-spoken, and polished professional capable of interacting with executive-level internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex accounts and balance high-level strategy with changing client needs.
