Technical sales involves selling complex products or services that require specific technical knowledge, such as software, industrial equipment, or scientific instruments. Professionals in this field help customers understand how a product works and how it can meet their needs, often providing demonstrations and technical guidance. They act as a bridge between the customer and the engineering or product teams, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer requirements.
