Compensation range: $170,000 - $190,000/yr.
RGP is currently seeking a Principal Solution & Technical Consultant for Public Sector pre?sales support to join our ServiceNow practice. This role is specifically focused on the federal market and requires someone who understands how government contracting works, including contract vehicles, task orders, teaming, acquisition timelines, proposal strategy, evaluation criteria, pricing/resource alignment, and compliance expectations. The right candidate is not simply a lead generator; they can take qualified opportunities, shape them with growth and solutioning teams, and own the ServiceNow federal mission lane from early client need through close and delivery transition

  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills an absolute essential
