Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and present highly qualified technical candidates.

Manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining service level expectations. Technical Talent Acquisition Recruit for positions including: Software Engineers Senior Software Engineers Java Developers Full Stack Engineers Cloud Engineers DevOps Engineers Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) Platform Engineers Data Engineers Data Scientists Cybersecurity Engineers Information Security Analysts Cloud Architects Enterprise Architects Infrastructure Engineers AI/ML Engineers Candidate Sourcing Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Develop diverse candidate pipelines.

Conduct market mapping and competitive talent research. Engage passive technical talent. Stakeholder Partnership Advise hiring managers using market intelligence and compensation insights.
