NSF is seeking to add a Project Manager - Agriculture to its growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will support CandaGAP and PRIMUS programs to ensure excellent services to our clients. As well as manage certification projects for assigned customers for certification of new facilities and maintain certification of existing facilities.

  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all NSF-related services and activities to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of standards/regulations, certification decisions, policies and technical requirements

  • Manage certification projects for assigned customers for certification of new facilities and maintain certification of existing facilities

  • Compile, organize and maintain client certification documentation to justify ongoing compliance for certification and accreditation purposes and proper invoicing including the update of relevant databases

  • Meet with clients (phone calls, video calls, in office, at tradeshows, or at their facilities) as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

  • Provides customer education / training on standards, regulations, or audit process. 

  • Minimal travel involved in this role
