Job description


I. Job Summary
This position is responsible for applying technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, system architecture and tables, and business intelligence (BI)/data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, PowerBI), and analyzing/managing large amounts of data to support client analytics and reporting. Provides business and technical guidance to technical teams to drive client-facing deliverables. Acts as business lead on client reporting platform project(s), which includes strategy development, change management, and providing subject matter expertise to technical teams. Manages offshore team through data quality management project.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Drives vision and strategy for client reporting platform roadmap items and works with the technical team to prioritize according to client/business needs
  • Lead change management efforts and drive internal and external adoption of the reporting platform
  • Act as second-level support for user questions and issues related to the reporting platform
  • Provide business guidance (SME) to the technical team in order to drive the resolution of product defects
  • Provide in-person or virtual demonstrations of the reporting platform to internal and external customers
  • Provides management reporting to business leaders on a recurring and as-needed basis
  • Organize and present project status updates to senior leadership on a bi-weekly basis
  • Work with Learning & Development teams to prepare and conduct training on existing and new users of the reporting platform
  • Develop technical solutions for internal and external customer reporting needs
  • Manage offshore data quality team to maintain data integrity of reporting platforms


III. Qualifications 
A. Required Qualifications 
 

  • Master's Degree (accredited) in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Analytics or related field of study, or in lieu of Master's degree,
  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Analytics or related field of study and 2 years relevant work experience
  • 5 years of experience in business/data analysis, project management, technical experience working with data (SQL), and technical experience with Business Intelligence tools (in addition to the education requirement).

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $95700 - $140288 . This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.


In addition, this position is eligible for a bonus.
